The 555 Massachusetts Avenue Condominium interior renovation transformed the building's common areas with a complete modernization of the lobby, elevator lobbies, corridors, and penthouse level. JMJ General Restoration performed extensive demolition, surface preparation, painting, flooring replacement, restroom renovations, lighting upgrades, and architectural finish installations throughout the occupied high-rise. Careful coordination, attention to detail, and phased construction allowed the project to be completed while minimizing disruption to residents and building operations.

Scope of Work

• Complete renovation of the first-floor lobby and common areas

• Full corridor and elevator lobby restoration on Floors 2–14

• Penthouse corridor and restroom renovations

• Interior demolition and surface preparation

• Drywall repairs, priming, and painting of walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and baseboards

• Installation of new carpet and porcelain tile flooring

• Elevator lobby tile installation with Schluter edge systems

• Installation of new restroom wall and floor tile

• Installation of new ADA-compliant restroom fixtures and accessories

• Installation and replacement of decorative lighting fixtures

• Wallpaper installation in elevator lobbies
