Project Overview

The Watford Residence underwent a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation designed to restore damaged finishes while modernizing the home's appearance and functionality. JMJ General Restoration completed flooring replacement, kitchen and bathroom improvements, interior painting, exterior wood repairs, trim restoration, and deck repairs to deliver a refreshed, durable home with a clean, cohesive finish.

• Removal and replacement of damaged subfloor and flooring

• Installation of Chesapeake SPC flooring throughout the home

• Baseboard replacement, priming, and painting

• Bathroom leak repair and toilet replacement

• Kitchen cabinet removal and installation of new cabinetry

• Interior drywall and surface repairs

• Painting of walls and ceilings throughout the home

• Exterior trim repair and replacement around windows and doors

• Front porch post and ceiling repairs

• Rear deck wood and spindle repairs

• Exterior priming and painting of repaired wood surfaces

• Complete project cleanup and debris removal upon completion
